  Cosy hotel with super friendly personal. Very helpful and really professional. We had a street view 403. Although the streets were very busy and noisy, you could close the windows and it was very quiet. Cenrally located, walking distance from the port and lots of restaurants. Few minutes per taxi to the Metreocity mall.   We stayed in a 1bedroom apartment which had separated bedroom, bathroom with waterjet and full kitchen. Overall size was huge by european standards (i suppose over 60 m2) and all went really perfect. Location is very upscale residential and shopping neigborhood but very close to osmanbei metro stop which is only 1 stop from taksim square. Cleanliness of un - Very very nice location really. Safe and quiet but walking distance to anything one may need. Aircon functionning beautifully so is the wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Flats are huge as compared to a hotel room and have dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, micro even a hydro-tub in bathroom! A mercedes van picked us up and delivered to property. From start to finish, all was haned extremely professionally. Do recommend it to all!

  Fantastic welcome, staff always available (including at 6am to order a taxi), v reasonable, clean, nice room. Orkatoy has lots of shops/restaurants. Not too difficult to get to town centre (bus 25e to Kabatas or dt2 to Taksim square, then metro to Sultanhamet (or ferry from Kabatas). 30 minutes top. We also visited Uskudar - Ortakoy Pasha Konagi has a great location, very close to the bridge and sea. We were in building with no reception, which gave me the feeling of living in the flat which I loved so much. Great neighborhood, amazing food, wonderful place for walking, and even shopping but more relaxing and enjoyable than other parts of Istanbul I've been. Good connection of public transportation if you want to see more of the city. Internet connection is great, place is clean. I would definitely stay here again.

  The suite is a small apartment with a small kitchen opened on the living room. Much better than a classic hotel room if you intend to spend time in your room. Location is right on Taksim place, in front of Gezi park and Divan hotel. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.
