  The hotel had welcoming staff who were very helpful and friendly. The had upgraded our room after we were unable to make it the previous day. We will definitely consider this hotel first for - From the second I walked into the lobby to check-in... I knew I had to redefine my definition for a 5 star hotel. The staff were so warm- hearted and friendly. You don't get that much in Istanbul. It is so new, so clean, so simple. The rooms - wow! I've stayed in many 5 stars but this is exceptional. And the fitness centre. It was like I was in wonderland. Indoor pool, massage parlours, you name it. I better stop as there is so much I love about this hotel, so you should check it out for yourse
