  The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. It was good to be able to talk to fluent English speakers. The room was quiet and very clean. Being able to use the terrace and internet any time was much appreciated.

Comfortable and large rooms, large bathroom. If you want to save mon - Very good apartments. The Breakfast - A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!
