  Ideal location and excellent value/quality - the situation is good.. near to all historical places and also to the tramvay station.. and away from NOISE that's the most great thing about it. the terrace pool is amazing with a view of the sea and ferryboats crossing all the time,, it's realy nice hotel to stay in. 100% RECOMMENDED

  The receptionists were exceptionally excellent in providing extra information for a new guest like me who did not have much knowledge about Istanbul - it was nice and bubbling for someone like me who loves city life. Breakfast was nice and I enjoyed my stay.

  Nice and clean and vast rooms. The staff is helpful when you need it. The beds are comfortable, there is also a nice bathroom. Clean - the room was cleaned everyday. We have stayed for 4+2nights. There are a lot of things to see in Istanbul and night life is one of them. Breakfast was good.   I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager .
