Very decent and clean hotel in the center of Kadikoy district. Superfriendly and helpfull staff who really care of your stay. Native turkish, perfect english and good russian speaking. They can take you from the airport if you ask and help in every question during your stay. Rooms are not very big but fine. LED TV with 50+ channels, free Wi-Fi, big wardrobe, fifth floor have a sea view. We've took big double bed which was comfortable. Rooms and towels was clean all the time. Breakfast was nice .
所有评语 » I really liked the hotel staff, specially Aslan, who really did much more than expected to make my stay pleasant and accommodate to my needs . He arranged for a room in a lower floor (there we no elevator) as I have knee problems and he also gladly stored my luggage during my traveling to other places. The breakfast is very good and abundant with lots of variety . The bed was comfortable, I had requested a double bed, and even though I traveled solo, they arranged this for me. The room had a co. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They went out of their way to help us whenever possible. When we arrived they came down to the main street and helped us with luggage and showed us where the hotel was. We also had a problem with the a/c in one room and they moved us without issue (and moved our cases and belongings so that we were minimally inconvenienced). We also had arranged for our rental car to be collected but had to leave for an appointment and the staff helped complete the rental ca. Location, location, location it's in the heart of Kadikoy shopping , bars, cafe's and restaurants literally as you step out of the hotel on the busy street which is nice for those who don't want to go far out of their way. Breakfast was great! There are plenty of places to pick up basics and an internet cafe across the way literally steps away that can handle your fax, scan, print whatever. The hotel has wifi but if you have other needs or don't bring your computer there is that option. I felt . The hotel is situated on the Anatloian side of Istanbul which makes it a bit hard to get there if you land at Atatürk airport. But once you are there it is great. The hotel lies ın the middle of busy streets wıth small shops selling all kinds of fruıts. vegetables etc. It is really very clean and the ferrıes to Emınönü are wıthın short walkıng distance and leave many times a day. The superb service and friendly approach of the team marked this place out - really exceptional. The breakfast was very good for this budget standard hotel. The price represents excellent value for money in Istanbul. Ideal situation in a lively east Istanbul suburb handy for Eminonu ferry port. Highly recommended. Excellent location ; very close to the ferry terminal . In the middle of a market where any product is available. Clean and comfortable room . Staff extremely helpful especially Aslan . A wonderful hotel for the budget traveler .I would definitely come back ,. The kindness and the generosity of the staff was amazing. There was always someone who spoke English and helped with any request that I had willingly and very pleasantly. The location is wonderful. It is very cozy and clean and a pleasant stay. The location is just great, and very nice people, I had a room with a sea-view! Breakfast was fine. The place is quiet during the night, during the day the street is full of life (but no cars!). I would definetely recommend it. Great location in the heart of the Kadikoy market. Great staff. Night clerk set up early breakfast for us as we had to catch an early morning flight and was just lovely, polite and so helpful. Friendly and helpful staff make the most of this modest place. Alparslan excellent at reception. Ideal for football fans visiting a game at FENERBAHCE stadium. Very well designed room. Not big but did not feel cramped either, even had a fridge. Ac was powerful. Friendliness and cooperation of the staff. Home away from home. The staff are great and the location is perfect.The hotel has an ideal location at Asian side of Istanbul. It´s a few minutes walk from the ferry to all major areas of Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there´s a free car park nereby. The hotel doesn't offer a lot of services, and has no bar-restaurant, but if you leave the hotel you´re directly in a lively area with lots of bars, restaurants, clubs and shops. If you're lokking for a no nonsense, clean, well located hotel, this is definetely a good choice. Manager is a good person. The hotel is near port and near to all facilities in Kadikoy. Location is excellent in terms of transportation. The beds are comfortable and clean. This hotel anywhere near. My room was cleaning everyday. I went for a course, It's less distance with my course. Clean but little bathroom. Hope hotel staff will solve this in a couple of month. No elevator will be problem for old people who live on the upper floors. Need to add orange juice maker, omlette with ham and joghurt to the breakfast menu. Not easy to find, and even harder if arriving with a car. The hotel is in a pedestrian area so if you’re on foot and mobile (ie, can wheel cases) you’re fine. If you arrive with a baby, tons of luggage and a rental car like we did – not so easy. As Kadıköy is a busy part of town with a great night lıfe it is quıte loud until very late. So brıng ear plugs. They are keeping a beautıful parrot whıch I felt very sorry for. He ıs all alone and ıt should be common sense nowadays not to keep bırds under such condıtıons!. Could be tricky to find in the maze of small alleys - but definitely worth it!. small bathroom. The only downside is the size of the bathroom - quite small. Other than that everything was great!!!!. Everything was ok. Just have in mind that there is no elevator. The room was way to small as was the bathroom. You could barely turn around. Kadikoy is not a quiet place in summer. on suite shower rooms a little on the small side. the path was very small and there is no left. There isnot lift because the building is historical. Toilets were too small but manageable. air condition was out of order. And its so hard to sleep that warm weather in that hotel. The hotel is very old. There is not an elevator. It's in a narrow street with lots of noise and food smells from restaurants. Rooms have very basic facilities. The small place with shower and toilet is so small and not available for use. Breakfast does not have basic items. no lift more money for hotel very cold my in room restroom and shower place no comfortable and very small. no delicious breakfaest in hotel. no silence.
