The hotel is well situated for city sightseeing. It is one block from the tram. Once on the tram, you can access most of the tourist destinations. The room was clean. Even though we stayed on Floor 2, there was no problem with noise from the street. The front desk was staffed 24/7 with friendly and helpful English-speaking clerks. They offered to book local tours for us. The breakfast was well above expectations for a hotel this size. There are eggs, meat, rolls, cereals and a variet of d.
所有评语 » this was my second stay at the hotel, and the quality of the hotel was as great as three years ago. the hotel is really clean and comfortable. the beds have very comfortable four-star mattresses. contemporary design, great shower, helpful staff who speak English, delicious breakfast and great location. it is conveniently close to Aksaray tram station. close to tourist locations such as the mosques and the bazaar by tram. there is also a van-taxi service from Aksaray to Taksim that charge each p. Very good receptionists during the day time. You can ask them any questions about your stay in Turkey and they will do everything to help you out. The staff at night are much less professional. Near to T1 Aksaray station. If you come from airport, take metro line 1 and get off at the terminal Aksaray. Then you can walk to the hotel in several minutes. Try to avoid taxi at airport or around the metro exits. You will pay more than double what you normally pay. We really liked stay at these hotel. The location is good, since it a bit away from the noisy center, but you can easily reach all tourist destinations on a walking distance (like we actually do). For more its really convenient to commute by metro since it just next to 'Aksaray' metro station. Room small, but clean, tidy and cozy. Breakfast with variety of fruits, vegetable, Turkish delights etc. Staff was friendly and always helpful. The location was right on a tram line and only 10 minutes walking from Blue Mosque. The rooms were extremely clean and well serviced, with new bathroom renovation. Breakfast was delicious with huge number of choices in a pleasant dining room...Staff are extremely helpful and trustworthy.. Small hotel and probably recently refurbished (?) but well appointed, well designed rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, good food and friendly and helpful staff although their English is a bit limited. We are frequent travellers and would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Very neat and clean. Very good location, at the center of downtown, covered by shopping centers, metro is in front of the hotel, full access to every part within 5 mins reach. Sultan Ahmed, Hajia Sofia, Grand Bazar, Top Kapi Palace are at a distance of 10 mins walk. excellent value for money. Thanks for everything. The hotel stored some large luggage for us for a couple of weeks in between two stays at Hotel Polatdemir. This was easily arranged and very helpful. Every thing was s great just the wi-fi was in room 206 poor, and it need extra roter. The room we had was a bit small, but we've seen worse. I guess, for the price, it was a reasonable deal. the rooms are a bit small and there is sometimes a long wait for the elevator, because there is only one. but it is completely bearable. it's small hotel after all. We've noticed some aroma drops in bathroom, which cause a bit too much smell. We cannot sleep as long as this smell was in the air. Finally we've just through them away. Charged for bottled water... no tissues.... no moisturizer..otherwise perfect...best room is 701... A minor grype and probably a cultural thing on my part but hot dishes at breakfast limited and included brussel sprouts, broccoli and soup rather than western style dishes (the Russian guests seemed to like it!). However plenty bread, meats, cereals, cake and Turkish delight also !. We booked a double room a month in advance but when we checked in only twin rooms were available. That's very annoying and a shame because the rest of the service we received was great. Back-facing room looked out onto a pretty bleak courtyard. Nothing specific !!!. Nothing. few places in breakfest room, slow lift. Nothing. The hotel is located close to the main street so is a bit noisy. The rooms are a bit small for a couple to stay. internet signal is a bit week in some rooms. the minibar drinks prices are too expensive compared to other 3 stars hotels. No negative points!.
