1) The staff were very homely and pleasant. They shared about the packages the hotel had with us without coming across as pressurizing or demanding that we go along with their packages. The staff were nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. 2) The rooms are really unique. 3) It was great having breakfast every morning with a full view of the Red Rose Valley. This was a splendid experience. In fact, if you're early enough, you will be able to see all the hot air balloons in the sky.
所有评语 » location good, Goreme is a small area and most of the hotels are located close by Its a five minute walk up/down the hill for restaurants and markets but so is the case for any other hotel probably Breakfast is good and enjoyable Staff, Okan and Maryam are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is nice and do a great job. They all make you feel at home and make the stay very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and kind (especially Maryam), and the breakfast selection was huge! Our "triple" room was perfect for a family of 3 (our son loved having a bedroom upstairs in his own section of the "cave"). The staff provided tourist information that was helpful and accurate. Overall, it was a very good value. Great hotel, everything was above the expectations. Really comfortable room, bed, good breakfast. The terrace is also very nice, with Capadocia view, (even early in the morning you can see the ballons)... I really enjoyed our stay there. And the price was good for the value. Good staff. Staff is very helpful. We used their service whenever we needed any tours or third-party service: they got good prices. Our room was specious, with spotlights and wood-metal works. Their buffet breakfast was very good, I liked dry fruits, yogurt, eggs. Excellent value for the price. The room is actually inside the cave! Walking distance to the Goreme city center - heart of Cappadocia - where several restaurants located and a bus terminal to most of destnation in Turkey. The hotel can arrange tours with good price and transport to/from the airport easily. Good Cave Experience ... No AC or Ceiling Fans, but Mr. Oaken very helpful, he arranged for two fans. Hotel tour prices very competitive. Private Jacuzzi in bathroom! What you see on booking . Com pictures is exactly what you get ! Value for money. A lot of help from Oken, the staff. Greatly appreciated. Cave room is clean and special. Breakfast is good. You can get impressive view of ballons on the terrace. Little doggy, Maffy, is very cute. She is just the sweetheart of the pension. Staffs are kind and helpful. They book bus ticket and take them from bus station for us. Room made of stone but not too cold. 3 min walking to bus stop. The price for tour and air balloon are fair with value. Price are worth of the service. good location and servcie.u can book any entertainment by reception or email before u come. and, I fall from horse and injured in goreme,staff tried to find medicine for me .very touching.I will visit here again. The rooms were fantastic, very comfortable and atmospheric, particularly the deluxe rooms. Rooms were well heated, lots of hot water as well, and friendly staff. A great place! Highly recommended. It's perfect! I have no other words to say... I just love everything about this place. And if you need to do something, you can just talk with the staff and they can help you right away!. Clean and Comfortable Cave Room with hot shower, Kind and helpful staff, just 3-5 minutes walk to bus terminal and town central, Wonderful stay in Travellers cave pension, Highly Recommend. It's was nice and comfortable staying at cave pension. Staff is very friendly and make you feel like at home. I would highly recommend this hotel. The place is so calm, clean, feels like home, the best sleep for me, the best breakfast during in Turkey, and friendly receptionist name Ibo. Breakfast was the best we've had (and we've been travelling around Turkey a lot) and the staff were really accommodating :). Very helpful staff, bathrooms with showers in the courtyard to use after check-out, very authentic feel, nice facilities. I like cave hotel room and the staff was very kind and there is korea staff, also they arranged all tour chep price. kind reception people, nice and warm bedroom, comfortable, delicious breakfast, near to otogar, GREAT!!!. friendly and helpful staffs, roof terrace restaurant, facilities, reasonable price, almost everything. your bathroom was very nice to shower. and location is so good to visit a downtown. Good location.. good view from the top floor to see the village.. nice cave room. Clean and so close to the center and stuff is very helpful and friendly. Everything was fabulous!!!. Location. Breakfast. Room. Staff-Quiet location-. The rooms do not have air-conditioners. As such, we had to open our windows to sleep at night. The air was cooling but I felt that an additional safety measure like a window grill could be put in place. Some water leaked onto the bathroom floor when the tub/shower was used. But it disappeared pretty quickly down a drain near the wall. Some rooms have damp smell , there is water retention in roof and walls of some caves... But Mr. Oaken changed our room, so no complains. Hotel extension construction works going on ... Gets disturbing during afternoons. Cave room is a little bit wet. Really a little little bit... Nothing! It really was all good. Loved it. Nothing. Nothing, it was great!. The cave roof continually chips away and falls down onto the floor and the beds, the location wasn't exactly in town center (if you're looking for that). There's something noisy sound from TV. but we can't find how to fix it! and a breakfast menu needs to be upgrade. A strange smell in room 117-.
