From the minute I booked the hotel staff went above and beyond in service. Starting with a welcome email and answering questions before our arrival, to making sure we were taken care of even when we arrived hours before check in by taking care of luggage and driving us to one of the local tour spots where we could enjoy our time while waiting for the room to be prepared. The room was exceptional and far beyond what I expected. I look forward to being able to stay there again!!.
所有评语 » We could not fault our stay at Royal Stone House a single bit. From the moment we arrived and were permitted early check in, until the moment we left after being allowed to have a super late check-out. Our room felt like it was a presidential suite - huge and luxurious. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We did our balloon ride through Royal Balloons as well and highly recommend them. wonderful place, wonderful staffs, everything is perfect. the hotel is a little far from the town, you may walk 5 to 10 min, but they will pick you up at the otogar, and when you check out they will bring you to the otogar. and their balloon is very nice and safe, breakfast is delicious。. The staff was very helpful. We had to stay for 1 more day due to change of plan but they facilitated us. Both the room and wash room were quite spacious. I'll recommend this hotel to all my friends and look forward to stay here next time I drop in Capadokia. The staffs are helpful, so friendly,even if I didn't book the balloon and tour in this hotel at the end, the owner still treated me well and offered free shuttle bus to the otogar.And the room is so comfortable and clear,water is hot enough!. We had two rooms, one for two people and one single. The single room was as big as the double room. Everything was new, clean, and perfectly Royal. Quiet, relaxing, with a wonderful breakfast buffet. The staff was excellent and took care of all of our needs. Rooms were quiet and clean. Beds were great as well as the shower/tub. Wifi had excellent coverage as well as speed. The hotel is new and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is good parking possibility. The rooms are big, clean and well supplied. Considering the quality, price is very good. But price was not high. The Suite is fantastic for one couple. Breakfast menu needs to be improved a bit; although it was already fine. Hard to think of anything we didn't like. It's a great hotel!. The hotel is not at the centre, but it is not a big deal, because everything in Goreme is close. None so far. None at all. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. nothing, everything was great. nothıng. 热气球价格较贵. Little far from center of goreme. It was smelling propane on lobby area and breakfast hall as the balloons are being stored and maintained within the building. Also I would expect more smiling faces from the staff in breakfast area. We were 2 couples and we rent the Suite because it was written that it is for 4 people. The problem was that you could only have access to the bathroom-shower from the one bedroom. The living room (second bedroom) was noisy. I am still searching for the good view that they are advertising. One morning the personnel for the breakfast was looking to us and they were laughing. This is not kind when you know that the customer cannot understand your language.
