We had two important criterias before booking that lovely place,one was location and the other one was cleaning.All has gone properly,housekeepers cleaned the room and refreshed towels with the new ones everyday.Location is superbly great! Its just few minutes to walk to main attractions and heart of the town.Moreover,Göreme is a reallly cute town which is located in the middle of all Cappadocia region.There was no air conditioner in our room( second floor),so It was kinda hot during daytime.As.
所有评语 » We had a free upgrade to the King suites. The rooms were very large and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff also offered home made omelette which was fantastic. The staff was very helpful in recommending tours and restaurants. It was literally 200m from the Goreme Village center. Excellent location. Very good accomdation, would highly recommend it. Super friendly staff who kindly contacted us way before our stay and helped us organised airport transfer and tour e.g. hot air balloon bookings/car rental/tour which was very well done. Place was brand new and clean with wireless connection full strength in our room! Highly recommended!. We stayed in a general cave suite, it was amazing. Room was great, staff were very helpful, breakfast was healthy and filling. Its worth so much more then they charge you for. We loved it here, would go back in Cappadocia in a heart beat and we wouldnt stay anywhere else!. Honestly giving this hotel 5 stars would be underrating it. It's stunning and you can really see the work and detail they put into it and the location is fantastic. I can't say enough nice things about the hotel and the bathrooms are fantastic and spacious. The staff was friendly, and spoke good English. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Its in a very good location, within minutes of walking distance to city center. I must say that staying in this hotel was the best part of the trip. Helpful & smily staff, really attentive owner (Mr. Cengiz), amazing cave atmosphere of the suites, suite 202 to die for, convenient location, just off Goreme's Town Hall, perfect value/money. Loved it!!. An excellent location in the town and a beautifully maintained hotel. Staff went out of their way to help and give advice on the area. They hot air balloon they recommend also provided an excellent service. Our room was a marvel. We had a King Suite - jacuzzi, round bed, 97 sq. meters of joy. Had to ask to turn on the heating - cave is a chilly place to stay at. It was done for us with no problem. It is new hotel have gorgeous rooms and clean. Staff friendly, we did enjoy and relax during our stay. Bathroom is fantastic so nice to have kind of small hamam( turkish bath) in it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, wi-fi free, location is great, breakfast its good. Only thing was because it was a cave suit, there was this sandy feeling on the floor and the staff would close our luggages because the walls dropped small sands. If they could fixed that, it would be perfect. The only thing I can say I didnt like was the fact they dont have green tea as a option for breakfast haha. nothing. Nothing negative to say. Jacuzzi required 4 kettles of hot water to be hot enough, and fireplace was just for show. The host tried to sell us some tours, wasn't insisting though (thanks at least for that). No view at all. I was quite happy however there is few things has to be enhancement like breakfast. Still was enough but always good having more variety and it s better to put some bottle of water just in case for whom do not like drinking tab water. Room a bit dark. Cave Room had no ventilation, it was hard for us stay the first night, we had to keep a small window wide open (which is facing the entrance), windows have no safety grill so one might get inside room very easily, Second day hotel provided portable fan which was little better,. Poor lighting, small curtains, heavy smell rising from bathroom as it has no door. Nothing. no things...
