The reception man was soooooo friendly. He helped us so much. I told him that i was very tired from my flight and he let me check in 7:00 a.m instead of 2:00 p.m and he let me eat breakfast all of this for no extra charge. The location is amazing: a beautiful view on the Bosphorus. The location is strategically located and close to many landmarks: Dolmabahce castle, ferry station, bus station, museums, parks, universities and the old historical city. A pharmacy, banks, a pastry shop and cafes are in the neighborhood.
The proximity of the tramway is a great advantage. Get a rechargeable card, it is more convenient and less expensive.
The staff is very friendly, kind and of great help.
