  First the location of the hotel is great (city center, major attractions close to hotel). Second the hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull.   I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager .
