We had booked a suite room because we have 2 small children, but it was unavailable. The staff was helpful in giving us two rooms next to each other for the same price. The staff was helpful in calling us a taxi for a dinner out, and providing the early shuttle service to the airport. I was also amazed that the breakfast was put out so early. Our children were able to grab a sandwich before our 5 am departure to the airport.

we stay in Tanik 2 nights. The first night we didn't get the room with balcony as our reservation. While they helped us to change to another bigger room with balcony immediately the next morning even when we're away and not asking for change again. Which is beyond our expectation.
