  The resort is in great location and the reason for staying. I wanted to spend a few days at Phra Nang based on reviews, and it is an easy walk. Being a solo traveller i stayed in their Superior bungalow which at first was great, it was obvious i received a great room, overlooking the pool at the rear. They were more than accommodating and friendly for my whole stay. I loved the accommodation which was clean and comfortable. The pool near the beach was wonderful. I spent most of my stay there with family that came from Finland. It was a great place to catch up and relax. I loved all the little backpacker restaurants and shops. Very laid back. Lovely food.   Pimalai is truly a little slice of heaven. Stunning grounds, delicious food, gorgeous spacious rooms on the most beautiful stretch of the island.   Great hotel, booked direct pool access room online at discount price, was amazing room. The main pool area is at top of resort, but golf buggys run you around resort when ever needed.   Super friendly staff at reception, restaurant, bar etc. very helpfull ! I stayed in this hotel also about 25 years ago - at that time it stood alone at ao nang beach and it was Paradise. - Very happy with everything , nice cute comfortable rooms. Good location.   I have been on a two week trip from Krabi to Railay to Koh Lanta to Koh Phi Phi to Karon Beach. The Twin Bay Resort is by far the best of the places that I stayed. The management staff is excellent. The bungalow was clean and comfortable and quiet at night.   We stayed in a Junior Villa which was fabulous. Superb bathroom, dressing area and bedroom and nice and private balcony with no other bungalows overlooking. Breakfast wasnt brilliant but did the job - the usual egg station and then extra bits to keep you full until lunch. We were on Railay East, which doesn't have a great beach to tan or swim on, but was still incredibly beautiful with the mangrove trees. Also, taking the boat from Krabi, we docked right in front of our hotel - very convenient!
