Hotel offers Thai massage - my mother insists anybody who stays asks for "Rose" - The staff were very friendly and always happy to help out, whether it be calling us a tuk tuk, giving us change for our larger bills, or recommending a good restaurant. They had a complimentary tuk tuk service to the Nana bts station which made our travels in Bangkok so much easier. Their complimentary breakfast was also delicious! Our room was was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend to other travellers. Excellent value for the money.

Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.   I have a home in Thailand, and I often pass through Bangkok going to/from North When I stay on the Sukhumvit side of town, I often stay at the President Palace, which is very central and only 1/2 a block off of Sukhumvit Road. The rooms are new, fresh, great - The rooms were excellent with kitchenette, washing machine and great decor, two televisions one in sitting area and one in bedroom. I arrived for an early check in after a night flight and the reception staff were accomadting and made a special effort to get me a room with a balconey ( as requested) a soon as possible. Duly got the room after 30 minutes . Great location for entertainment and restaurants. Secuirty good. Seven eleven store just over the road for food and drinks.

  It was luxurious. I could watch t.v from the shower and listen to it at the same time.   Young couple in our mid 20s. Traveling through Thailand. We were at the end of our adventure, and needed a place to stay for our final two nights. This hotel was closer to the suvarnabhumi airport as well, making it an affordable taxi ride to the airport. The area seems very residential, with gates and security blocking the entrance. Other than that, it was incredible clean, the staff took care of you and ensured you had a - the room was nice, clean, and spacious in the deluxe room. personnel were friendly and helpful. modern. there are two malls within the area but you would need to get a taxi to get there. we stayed on the other side of the roadside and so, didn't know if it was noisy on that side. our room faced a big restaurant that provided a beautiful view, but loud music at night for a few hours.
