  The pretty receptionist was very helpful and even loan us her handphone to call our local Thai friends. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Location was good. It's at the end of a dead end road and the room is not noisy at night. The bed is very comfortable and we all had a great time with Chada Thai House. I have stayed a lot of 3 starts hotel before, this hotel was better then most of them. Nice new building, close to main street and shopping mall, 1.1 km from walking street, you can walk in 10-15 minutes or catch a moto-taxi and go in 1 minute. Very friendly and helpful staff.

  I have been to Pattaya many times and stayed in many different hotels ,I have found the fourteen again hotel not only the best value for money but the friendliest staff there.the beds are huge the spa is big enough for at least three people the shower could fit ten people easy. The rooms were amazing and for such a little price too. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and all of the staff. The food from the restaurant is also to a very high standard and still cheap. All of the hotels facilities are also included in the price which with the roof top pool certainly adds a perfect relaxing recovering place! Booked again for a week already

  I have stayed in more than 20 hotels in pattaya mostly 4 or 5*.. Since finding this hotel 4 years ago I would not consider staying anywhere else Staff are superb and all speak good English. Friend - The hotel, the rooms & the surrounding area were clean, rooms was being cleaned daily. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area but not far from the beach & entertainment places. If you walk through Pattaya Avenue Mall you will be in Pattaya's 2nd road within 3 minutes & 8 minutes to the beach. WIFI was super, signal was very strong even in the room, TV had several english channels among them BBC & FOX news. Last but not least, staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.
