The Stay hotel in Soi 10 is very close to Beach, Shopping & entertainment; everything can be reached by a 10 min walk. The hotel and rooms are very clean; the staff is correct, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and substantial. In total a good value for your money in the heart of Pattaya; I will surly book this hotel again for my next visit. Very nice hotel in good location. The hotel is modern and new and therefore in good condition. Room is large with large bathroom and balcony. Sofa in lounge and good choice of channels on the flat screen TV. I have also stayed at Sea Me spring which is next door and prefer The Stay even though it is a lower star rating to me it is nicer.
所有评语 » The design of the hotel and the rooms design are fanastic. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable staying here. I will come back to the same hotel again. Very good hotel, close to beach and friendly staff. Good value for money, we will stay again. Great location, really clean, and a decent breakfast when you consider the price. Great location ,central to shops and beach,friendly staff,great facilities. Very nice pool on the roof. .clean and spacious room. Good location. The hotel in general is ok. However, the hotel staff are poor in english language which make it very difficult to communicate with. Rooms provided in after noon despite the fact that the rooms to be provided by latest 2 pm as per check in times. Location. There are no deficiencies to report; I enjoyed my week in The Stay Hotel. Have to go to reception to make an outside phone call, cannot do so from the room which is a pain when on business. Have to get password and ID for wireless for Internet on a daily basis, if they can sort this out then all is perfect. The breakfast should improve, may me more varieties of food to choose from. Nothing, everything was very good. Nothing - stayed at The Stay on numerous occasions, tried other hotels but always keep coming back!. Nothing ,all good. Once when we came back after a few hours of shopping the door of our room was wide open. The staff couldn't explain why it happened. They said they had CCTVs all over the place but we still didn't feel comfortable leaving room after the incident. Good thing nothing went missing. restaurant staff not friendly. Bed was a concrete slab. Room was very basic. Breakfast was not too good. English was a problem at front desk. There are better hotels for the price. Never stay there again. The staff are unprofessional. They don't speak proper english. They charged the credit card provided despite the fact that letsbookhotel.com indicated that the credit card provide for guarantee of the room charges and the offical charges can be availed at the time of check in. Receiption not friendly ( no smole no hi no bye) Room poor quality (very basic not as paid) Gueat regolation not comfortable (signing documents).
