  Fantastic service, we came with a wheelchair and had two high steps down to our pool site room, (our own fault and as we didn't ask before we came), so we just had to carry the person and wheelchair up and down, but to our big surprise, and without asking, the manager send a worker down and 3 hours after we arrived a concrete ramp was build, and r... 别人怎么说 » eady to be used the next morning, amassing and unexpected service. - The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a nice part of town. It was a very short walk to Jomtien Beach. The food was very good and our room looked exactly like it did in the picture.

  I liked everything, all new furniture and TV, the bed is awesome and the rooms are super clean, everyday. Staff and management are fantastic and very helpful. only a short walk 30 metres to the transport and very close to the beach and the bars. I will be back here next time i go to Pattaya. Never stayed in a better 3 star more like 5 star.
