  The staff were very friendly and kind. The rooms are huge (we stayed in the Queen room), clean, have 2 toilets, and a kitchen. There was plenty of space for our family, which we enjoyed.   We have stayed here more then ten times. The hotel iss ageing but we come ffor the location and the stff. Thee hotel is out off the sleezy area and is surrounded by nice gardens and a 9 hole golf course. It has a great pool and very reasonable meals. Our greatest attraaction is the staff.   I liked everything, all new furniture and TV, the bed is awesome and the rooms are super clean, everyday. Staff and management are fantastic and very helpful. only a short walk 30 metres to the transport and very close to the beach and the bars. I will be back here next time i go to Pattaya.
