The owner was brilliant and the room was spotless, cleaned daily and you get free water too. We arrived during Thai New Year and had a very warm welcome from Stone and his family. We felt right at home. We are invited to join in the celebrations and had a great time staying at Baan Tonnam guesthouse. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we were given recommendations of what to do and where to eat etc. The room was lovely (one of the nicest we've stayed in) and very reasonable for th.
所有评语 » The owners really go out of their way to make you feel at home and are truly helpful. Besides, the hotel is clean throughout and our room was cleaned everyday. The sheets and towels are changed everyday and two bottles of water provided daily too. It is to say that for the price offered, the service was definitely beyond what one could have expected. Additionally, location isn't central but that worked for us, that way it's less busy and you get to take a stroll to the beach and meet all the lo. Really nice staff!! Reception open 24/7, close to all big road in Patong Beach aka Band la road but not to close so you dont hear the noise of the city and club. Some good cheap thai restaurant near it!! Free wifi in all room. Really like it!!!!. The whole staff was amazing and they helped us with whatever they could and more, even organizing special night downstairs by the lobby. A special mentioning to Senor Stone. We will see each other again. This hotel was out favourite throughout our Thailand trip! The staff were really helpful the hotel was so clean our rooms were perfect and modern really cosy and homely! We would def return!. Value for money, we got a 'Smart Deal' at €16 a night and for that price in Phuket weren't expecting much. The facility was always clean. The only thing that may need improvement in the future are the mattresses that, although still comfortable enough, might need changing some time soon. This is the only reason for comfort being rated as "Good" and not "Excellent". Nothing. walking distance to patong beach is 15 mins. however, you can take taxi or tuk tuk with cheap fare. a little far from beach, taxi can not find this hotel. pls call the hotel before you arrive puket, because when I arrive there, the phone number on the booking was wrong, and taxi can not reach,. There's only stairs up to our room & our room located on the 3rd floor. It's good for a little of workout but not recommended for those having knee problem (like me)... It's a little far from beach.u can take a mototaxi to there by 50 baths. a bit far from attractive place like Bangla Rd. Staff requested we leave the room key with them when we left the hotel. The bed was the hardest mattress I have ever felt.
