  Very friendly and helpful staff and they really made an effort to make us feel welcome. Food was good and well priced. Always clean and even though the surrounding location seemed a bit neglected the hotel was kept very well and we always felt secure. Breakfast was good enough. If you are looking for a homely feel then don't book here but if you want great location and clean, comfortable rooms Baan Boran is perfect for you. Would book here again

  Really good monney/quality and awesome location, close to ko san road but still very quiet. Bus to go everywhere, boat on the river as well. The staff helped us with everything! Bed was big and ok!
