Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. -

The best luxurious hotel in bankgok every thing was great what I like in
the hotel is location very close to everything and metro station the
design is wonderful stuff very friendly very clean room and they are
