Very friendly and helpful staff and they really made an effort to make
us feel welcome. Food was good and well priced. Always clean and even
though the surrounding location seemed a bit neglected the hotel was

Rooms are big and new except for the bathroom(Thai style) and are kept spotless everyday! The location is great for Khao San Road aswell as Grand Palace and other sights in the old town. Walking distance. The young girls at reception sprak Bert limieten English but are really friendly! Breakfast was good enough. If you are looking for a homely feel then don't book here but if you want great location and clean, comfortable rooms Baan Boran is perfect for you. Would book here again

The hotel is quite good, the staff suggested taking a windowless room which is more calm and quiet if we prefer to have a rest after a long journey. And it was a great idea. The AC is working seamlessly, so the window is not neccesssary if you just need a place to sleep in the very centre of Bangkok. expected this, we had a few drinks by the pool before heading out on the
town and the next day we used the luggage room for the fee of 20baht per

Room was very nice and clean
We came to Bangkok by bus from Koh Samui and arrived at 4 am. We went to the hotel and were allowed to put our backpacks in their storage room. After somebody checked out, they made up our room at about 5:30 in the morning. We checked in and could get some sleep (even if we haven´t paid for that "night") Thanks again, that was really nice!!!

I just really liked this hotel. It is on Khosan Road so it does get noisy, but it does not last throughout the night. If you are early to bed....then you may want to go elsewhere.

We requested an early check in, and they let us check in at 6am, which was great as we arrived by bus from a 14 hour trip.
