  Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can go to the police .   Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic.   We chose this hotel on the reviews of others and we're not disappointed.   beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe). cheers alain - Very friendly staff.
