  The location of Lamai Inn is excellent, right next to the beach and close to shops and bars. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Although the beach was clean and very beautiful we spent a lot of our time in the pool which was well maintained. We went at the beginning of the rainy season so had a few storms. After a few busy weeks visiting Bangkok, Vietnam and Cambodia this was a lovely pla - nice clean bungalows, we had a double room which is smaller; and a triple room which is big and recently furbished - looks brandnew; the beds are softly firm. We all had good sleep there. Location is great, 1 minute's walk to the beach, and 5-10 minutes walk to the town center (shopping/food/drink area); They have own power supply so we had electricity supply in our rooms even the whole southern Thailand had a big blackout on one night during our stay. Imagine if the hotel haven't had a backup

  The staff was very polite. When I arrived my room had an unusual odor. They changed my room right away without question. I had a very nice 4th floor with spectacular views. Tor at the poolside bar/restaurant was always so friendly and informative. there was always a smile along with most of the other staff. If I needed anything it was a phone call... 别人怎么说 » away. The gym was ok', at least for a treadmill, a bike and an elliptical. Great supply of free weights. - Good location, away from the hustle n bustle of Chaweng, yet near to the other nature hotspots.   The staff were really friendly and helpful. We liked the room very much - spacious, giving a warm feeling, equipped with AC (which is really needed).   The staff at the hotel were very friendly. And helpful always going out of their way to accommodate us when we needed an extra night at the hotel, a moped to get around and a day trip booked.
