- Situated exactly on the beach - Near the center of Lamai - Friendly staff - Big light rooms. - Tasty food at restaurant, which you can enjoy near the water - Pleasant man who sels food on the beach near the hotel :) - Nice massage in hotel - You should pay 1 day before leaving, no money were blocked on credit card and if you book a room with booking you shouldn't pay additionally 3% when pay with credit card. - Perfect place for these price.
所有评语 » Great beach location, nice big rooms, friendly cleaning staff, get laundry done via hotel (cheap and no mountains of wasing when you get home) two great pools, near town centre yet quiet in hotel. Will stay again. Anice hotel with nice staff and helpfull staff near to the beach and room was clean and the service is great specally the front desk they was awosem ilove it it deserve more than three stars. Fabulous location & cozy rooms. beautiful & fresh landscape in the resort. Many night markets around with great local food. close to the beach ,2 swimming pools ,good food in the restaurant and normal prices of the food ,beautiful garden ,. Location, layout of the "villa" rooms very casual and user- friendly for the tariff. All wonderful. will definitely return next year. Nice room, pool, close to beach. Nice Staff。Two Pools are very beautiful, one of them facing the see!! the Mattress very comfortable~quite and nice place. The lady Phem Yo in the travellagency named Sawadee House across the road is nice and very helpful!!. location is great. On the beach. We liked th surroundings of M.villa,; location wise great...smiling & helping attitude of reception..... . - Only one pair of towels (or beach or shower) - Half of sunbeds are really old - Almous window-to-window to another building and sometimes it can be noisy - They do not clean the beach:(. Staff in restaurant are plain rude and lazy - not usual for Thailand. Check bills or for ease pay as you go, errors made I think due to incompetence hopefully not intentionally. Taxis do not use meter though its has meter signage on top of taxi. Ridiculous taxi charges. The Waterfall is a disappointment. Not as exciting/beautiful as how it claimed to be. Water was dirty and mouldy. Staff in the restaurant not very nice ,never smiling ,price. The restaurant staff are rude and tell you every time you go there that you have to pay and can't charge meals to rooms. Why not make up a sign girls rather than using your current insulting attitude?. Management of the hotel should pay attention to the restaurant staff. Restaurant food, shower pressure is awful. WiFi is not good. the Restaurant just so so. The water pressure not strong enough,it took me more time to shower. and the staff english are so poor... >___< ouch!. rooms are old,showers are awful. Screaming children including those of staff and housekeeping. We didi nt like restaurent staff at all...their gloomy faces make all th tasty dishes just simply tasteless...and room cleanin staff r nt at all trained.....nt even ready to listen to guests...
