There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.

The service is nice, both pools are incredible. They have nice facilities for free at the beach. "why not" bar is great.

  Staff were great, Poppy made the time to talk to us. Loved the quiet bungalows with loads of room. Breakfast was fine. Didn't see the pool but assume that was in nearby hotel.   Lanta Mermaid is a first-class boutique hotel. Small and personal with a great breakfast and very clean accommodations. The walk to the beach is just 2 minutes across the (busy) road.   Loved everything about this resort! Me and my fiancee stayed there for almost a week during low season (end of August) and we highly appreciated the quite and "low key" atmosphere. The staff was super polite, friendly and attentive/observant. The beachfront villas were elegantly furnished and kept high standard.   The rooms were fantastic and had alot of privacy. We had the standard chalet with a garden view which had a balcony also. The staff were so helpful and friendly and offered their advice before we went on trips.There was a variety for breakfast to choose from and the main meals were brilliant! The wifi was great and we even got our laundry done whi - This hotel was very good in terms of staff, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, value for money and location, The two elderly ladies who were probably the owners were very courteous and kept track of all the guests personally on a daily basis during our stay. Though the in-house restaurant was closed during our stay we did enjoy a good breakfast every morning, which was included in the tariff. The staff also helped us with information on and booking of local tours and hiring scooters.
