Coco Lanta is a wonderful and relaxing resort. It is well situated on the northern part of Klong Khong Beach. There are several Mini Marts and a 7-Eleven in walking distance. Coco Lanta's Bar/Restaurant is excellent and there are many good eateries on the main road. Our favorite was Kwan's (great food in a family-like setting). In the evenings, Klong Khong Beach has a laid back atmosphere, offering several relaxing, "hippie-type" bars. During the day, the beach is nice and not crowded at all. G.
所有评语 » Very new, nice and clean room/bungalow with a good bed. Loved the small terrace with hammock in front of the bungalow. The restaurant, where also breakfast is served, is just next to the sea (at least at high tide). Nice swimming pool. Overall the hotel is just beautiful. Good location at Khlong Kong beach with great restaurants and most creative beach bars (beautifully illuminated at night and you get to them by just walking along the beach starting from the hotel. But you might not even need . Booked here for two nights, stayed for three, wish I'd stayed for another week. Great place to relax and explore the island, scooters for rent quite cheaply in reception as well as all other travel arrangements. The hammock outside the room is just great for an afternoon siesta. Staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was good (rice soup for breakfast) but you also have Kwan's across the road which is amazing. The complex is still under construction, some issues with elec. Amazing place, clean pool open 24/7, spotless room, nice bathroom, fridge and safe in the rooms, friendly staff. Complementary Wifi and drinking water daily. If you don't like crowded beach resorts and beaches this is the place for you. You can find cheap&authentic eateries in the village, only 10 minutes walk from Coco. Amazing massage place just next door, small shop just a minute from the resort and tourist agencies all over the village. I loved staying at Coco Lanta! Lovely bungalow huts-perfect for 2 people. The beach is 30 seconds walk away. Great pool (but some umbrellas would be helpful). The food in the restaurant is quite nice. As are the drinks.. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Scooter rental at reception which is essential for travelling around the island. The beach is nice, very chilled out vibe. The staff were kind and helpful. They really helped make our stay a great experience. Location is fantastic, right on the beach. In a row of resorts but beach is never busy. Eco huts are brilliant. Big beds and a safe to lock away your things, they are also very cute! Food was brilliant at the restaurant, we didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. Massages £8 for an hour!. The staff was lovely, so caring n friendly. Rooms were new, clean and nice to relax in. Really good pool n good food at the restaurant. Not to many tourists, relaxing atosphere. We wanted to stay longer but it was fully booked... Having breakfast there was wonderful, tasty n with beatufull view. Warm rekommendation!. We booked 4 night in this resort and than stayed 2 more nights. The staff was really friendly. The lady on the reception is really nice, friendly, helpful and speak well english. We loved the room, very cozy and clean, very comfortable bed. The pool area was really nice place to relax. Restaurant is quite good. We enjoyed very much our stay here. The bungalows are small but compact, the staff is very helpful, the swimming pool is nice, and the beach side in front is good for swimming. There are loads of other restaurants and bars around, but the restaurant in Coco Lanta is the best!. The coco lanta resort was lovely! We got it very cheap last minute and I wish we had stayed longer! The rooms were small, very clean but very cute. The bathroom was large and very clean. The pool was beautiful and the view was stunning! I would go again in a heartbeat!. -New and fresh interesting concept -Liked layout of hotel, all the design touches and the modern bungalow -Super pool,both the std of it and situated with beach front view -Very supportive hotel manager & helpful serving personell -Restaurant chef makes good food. lovely little houses / rooms..all very new and clean. Staff friendly.they also picked us up from ferry which they didn't have to do-that was very nice!. People there are really really friendly and give any help they can! I love this place and it is a perfect place to stay if you want to have a va cation there. the restaurant and the bar are just on the beach, you can drink or have your breakfast facing the Adaman. The resort is quite new. Rooms were nice. Restaurant is reasonably cheap and food was good. Kwans Cookery was just opposite of the resort which is one of best Thai food restaurants in Thailand. The hotel has nice new cabins for two people overlooking the pool and beach. Restaurant food was good and lots of choice. Staff were very helpful in resolving any issues and booking tours. the bungulows are the best we found in thailand, and we´ve been in some... really clean, and really beautiful! staff is really nice, and just across the road the best place ever to eat!. Our stay, whilst in the low season, was very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was excelent. Very relaxing with great pool, cleaned every day. Located at the beach. Relaxed atmosphere. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially the girl in the reception. Will stay here again if we come back to Thailand. They are quite amazing here. It has been my second stay and I would love to come back. The staff and the cabins are great. You cannot do anything but relax here. The bungallows are new, very nice decorated, clean but not very spacious and the sea is superb. There are a lot of bars along the beach. Beautiful day time and evening sunset atmosphere. The hotel is new so it was a little but noisy. nothing really. During Low Season, due to wind direction and the lack of cleaning, the beach can be full of trash, plastic, etc. Some of the nearby bars tend to play music all day and parts of the night, leaving only the somewhat annoying bass sounds to disturb the otherwise tranquil setting. At low tide, no swimming is possible at the beach (but then there still is the pool as well as other beautiful beaches that are easily reached by scooter). They could serve real coffee at breakfast, not just instant coffee, but this goes for the majority of hotels in Thailand. All good, want to be there now!. pricey restaurant. Umbrellas at the swimming pool would be helpful. And maybe some at the beach-front also. The Thai sun is hot!!. The beach is quite rocky but it is good to rent the motor bike on this island anyway and than you can go to the next beach long beach. The space lacks fully grown vegetation, but the planted trees should provide shade soonish. The english proficiency of some of the staff members lacks behind a bit. Only regret is we didn't stay longer!. - Rocky beach on low tide, but with scooter easy to explore other great beaches -Not here for tv but the channel package choice surely can be improved -Wifi easily overloaded. the beach has a lot of dead rocky coral so not good for swimming, location is a little far out but it suited us because we wanted to get away from a noisy town and chill out and this place is so lovely u could stay there for a few days and not leave at all! There is a shop and few other places nearby though. House is a bit small. The beach is very rocky and not really suitable for swimming. Still, it's a beautiful place with great sunsets. It was low season so the beach was a bit dirty due to monsoon despite they cleaned it ones ... and the beach structure is rocky so if to take sea we chose another places by motorbike. Not so much difference between rooms with a pool veiw or garden view - bungalows locate compactly - but it is not what I did not like just advice for others. The entrance road to the resort and the reception do not give a good first impression. During our night spent, some local people had a party going at the poolside till very late night and early in the morning which may hamper your sleep. Beach was rocky but this was mainly compensated by a great pool. everything was just perfect!. Nothing. The food at the restaurant is not very relish so we would often go somewhere else. It would have been nice that the beach in front of the resort to be cleaned up from dead leaves. It's too bad the service is not present at all because everything else is good !. Really small room, you pay extra for pool/beach view which doesn't exist. The rooms are just a bit closer to the pool... There are renovations in the hotel so it's a bit messi. We were there in low season so the beach wasn't nice and almost everything in the island was closed. If you are happy with a compact living space then there are no serious issues. Poor Wi-Fi coverage. Concrete bungalows, Beach at the front is partially rocky. in low season i wont recomment ko lanta. Because of the monsoon the beaches al full with garbedge and a lot of bars are closed. In high season you dont have this. Children playing at the pool at 7 in the morning. too far... rocky beach. Nothing. The beach ... Rocky especially during low tide. Small rooms. Takes 10 min for the ac to cool the room. No big prob. We just waited on the poolside. cleaning only in evening,food not wery good,beach not nice inly rocks.borring place ever.
