  Have stayed here four times now and has never disappointed.Sure the place looks a little tired but overall great value for money.Pool and spa a great spot to chill in the arvo and always duper clean.No pool bar but who cares as your room is only meters away. - the staff are so friendly, great location close to the beach and resturants.   1. Place. Kata Beach is 10-minutes walking (with small children) far away the hotel. Kata Noi Beach is better, but further - we get it only by bike for 5 minutes. Restaurants, mini-shops, massage are near the hotel. 2. Staff is very friendly. We lived in room and in bungalow. Bungalow is enough comfortable, but we are not choosy. Towels, bed-linen... 别人怎么说 » are white and clean, are changed every day. There is a big balcony (only in bungalow) with chairs and table, clothes-horse. Breakfast is standard fo - It was very cozy, with nice grounds and neat rooms. The beach is pretty close, as are quite a few restaurants for those who want to try something new. The staff were extremely helpful, though not all spoke very good English. Both the common area and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. Wi-fi is free and works without a hitch.

  I arrived without reservation and into the early morning hours at the last minute. Although there is always policy, I was accomodated after a short wait when the morning staff arrived. They were very friendly and helpful with understanding of my exhaustion from traveling. They have all the ammentities one would want to utilize while their stay.
