All staff are very helpful and always ready to help. My kids, 6 and 4 years old loved everything and also my wife . The Spa at Hotel is very good, the restaurants are really nice.   No doubt this hotel knows how to please their customers. Firstly, the location is really great. Just across to Karon beach... Staff are so kind! They help us anytime we need. We did not have any problem with furnitures. There are 3 pools in the hotel. Main pool is quite big and has a bar in the middle. There was - The money is definitely well spent, and I could not find a suitable word to describe how amazing the stay at Moevenpick is. We got a upgrade to sea view standard room, the beautiful Karon beach is right in front of us, only 5 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet has much choices, food is perfect. Hotel staff (I mean everyone, even including the security guard of back gate) is really nice and very helpful. Moevenpick Karon is absolutely the only choice at Phuket Island for me.   We stayed there for 4 nights in November 2013. The location is excellent - 100m from the beach situated away from street rush, market is just 5 minutes from the hotel.   The hotel had some excellent deals going which included breakfast. It is a private boutique style hotel with a full sized bedroom seperate to a living area and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the ocean and the rooftop pool was inviting with 99 baht cocktails on sunset. We were also given a 10% discount off massages next door. It was a great little getaway close to good shopping and resaurants but far enough away from the hustle and b - Everything was wonderful, the staff, the breakfasts, the pool and the cute cocoon sun shelters. There was a bit of a view from the rooms but a lovely view to the beach from the pool level (3rd floor) free wifi. And the staff always helped me get started. Very helpful and caring when my daughter had gastro the day we were checking out. Let us stay longer and relaxed in foyer waiting for the taxi. Thanks Starfish and Baby. Lovely new clean hotel.

We travelled with an infant and the hotel was kind to put in our room a baby cot free of charge. I have to say the baby cot was really nice : wooden made with all linen provided.
