  The Service was Excellent, it was my girlfriends birthday and I did not know where to get a cake and surprise her and I talk to the staff and they assured me that they will have a cake delivered to my room with no charge.   I have stayed in Paresa Resort with my boyfriend for 4 nights and there are many things I love about this resort. First, the staff ("angels") are absolutely helpful and friendly. They would solve any problems you have immediately and in a very friendly way. Secondly, the food from the restaurant is awesome.   There is a wonderful sea view. The environment is pretty well. The atmosphere is romantic and relax. We enjoyed to stay hotel.   Had a great time at swissotel, staff were lovely, so helpful and the food was great. Breakfast was OK but at least had lots of choices. Pool was a lot of fun, my husband and I time warped into our teens again, using the water slide and playing water polo. Day spa was lovely and not too highly priced. We stayed in a 2 bedroom room, lots of space and adequate comfort. We - Very spacious accommodation with excellent facilities (pool area, kids' club, wifi in public areas). Staff were excellent and very helpful in booking tours and even reservations at restaurants. The free return shuttle bus to Patong (operating twice a day) was also a welcome inclusion.
