  the hotel was very nice with large well appointed rooms very courteous and friendly personnel, close proximity to the beach. - The staff was very helpful and flexible with everything. The pool is big. The room was perfect.

  I stayed in Napalai for the third time. I felt welcome, comfortable and at home. The staff is very kind and polite and was always willing to help in anything. - I like the friendy ambiance specially of this top-class resort.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged for taxi's and anything else we wanted, super great!! - Pool area was great and staff were very helpful and friendly. Wonderful place just to relax.
