location is great, simply access to kim yong market, right side, central left side. walking distance is close to all attractions in city of hatyai. Everything in Room 1121 was working properly. They even have coffee/tea making facilities now. The location is in the central of city, can reach any shopping and market by walking distance. the hotel was in the city centre, easy for travellers without transport to go aroung on foot.

I like to location of the hotel, situated near the shopping area. 1. Strategic location. no wifi available in rooms. Supposed to be buffet breakfast. Was given a list of 5 to choose one from the menu which should have appeared on the buffet table. Technically it is not a buffet breakfast. Plenty of bread around but we are not bread eaters in the morning. letsbookhotel.com should look into this as we felt 'cheated' by this turn of event. Room wifi is at certain charge. cannot connect to wifi if using W8,. No wifi at room. The parking is very poor.Hair dryer, adapter not enough. Hotel room plug most not in function. bathtub was old.. slippery floor due to water coming out of the tub. They said the breakfast is halal kitchen but the menu in contains pork....need to be more sensitive. Why hotel need to hold the guest's passport as warranty for room payment, i think legally is wrong for somebody holding our passport and in case of any emergency , it will be difficult toet the passport back. Our room on the 9th floor (room 923 ) smelled of damp and there was mould above the air con. We complained to reception and they very quickly offered us another room, so it wasn't a problem, and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpfull. So if you plan to stay here try to avoid the 9th floor. Breakfast poor selection and cold,. The bed is too hard. Should provide better quality extra bed - paid THB500 per night but only give you a plank with a small mattress. Breakfast not so good. No free wi-fi in the room, price abit high compare to other hotel around that area. Cannot pay with credit card which has chip - but it's the case for most european credit cards nowadays. Quite poor breakfast, wifi not working in the room. there is a used toilet paper in the toilet bin. aircond was not functioning well. Hot room. Hotels interior looks a bit old, needs to change interior decor. 1)Breakfast coupon take from counter everyday 2)room no wifi. The front counter staff really show a very bad behaviour and very impolite. Please treat the visitors politely, so that everyone will enjoy their and have a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities is poor and lack of maintenance. The housekeeping is not honest enough. They use some of my wife's night cream. The price verses the room offering. the service of the staff was no good, impatient reception and housekeeper. There were ants on the bed and table despite given high floor room. 1. Dirty parking space 2. Terrible breakfast 3. Room without wifi 4. Smelly room with dirty carpet 5. Some of the light not working 6. Dark corridor 7. Did not allow me to upgrade to family room...
