The room was clean, the towels were changed every day, affordable laundry service, free transfer from the airport, clean swimming pool, extremely helpful staff, walking distance to the Old City and the Night Market area, calm surroundings.
location was good, just outside the city wall in a lovely area. nice big reception area to wait for any monsoons to pass with a chang! didn't have breakfast here apart from toast but looked like a good selection. staff were helpful.

Lovely staff very friendly and helpful and kind to a single traveller. Hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful with good English. Hotel is quiet, very safe with good swimming pool.
The Staff was very nice and helpfull and the pool was great. All in all a great hotel to stay at and Chill out.

The location right outside of the Chiang Mai gate was good. The staff was friendly as well, although they didn't speak much English - asking for more toiletpaper was quite the experience and took awhile. We had a cockroach situation in the bathroom, which is not uncommon and in no way the hotel's fault. Rooms were clean.
Meau the manager was very friendly and helpful with any tours or problems we had. the swimming pool was great to relax in after a day out in the sun.
Owner was very helpful and kind. The location is very good (5-10 min. walking to the old city gates).
The pool was nice, room was ok, comfortable bed, location good. powerful and hot shower.
The room was very clean, though it needs some refurbishment.
hard bed, one of the hardest we slept in during our 19 day stay. pool wasn't warm which we thought it would be (in early november) mosquitos in reception area were huge, didn't seem to be any repellents in place (even a few incense might have helped).
Needs a lift No card facilities.
Everything feels a little outdated like it could use some renovations. Pool was shabby.
The staff (except the owner) tried to help but spoke very bad English and had limited information. The common space should be cleaned more often.
Tv reception awful. Furnishings were a bit tired.
