The hotel located in the downtown area with street lights are very bright and convenient when going out at night; neerby the vibrant area of the town, about 7 minutes by walk to Chiangmai night bazaar, and 20 minutes by walk to Tha Phae Gate, Wat Chiangmai, Wat Chedi Luang... but very quiet for sleeping because it doesn’t locate in front of the street; near the Narawat bridge over Ping river, about 5 minute from Chiang Mai railway station by taxi. Good service and evironment, especilly the old friend in the receiption is very friently and patient, who can speak very good english. In one word, this hotel leave me deep impression.
Environment and room quite clean. Staff friendly. Good location. We reached there about 9am but the staff also allowed us to check in the room 1st. Very good services.
I lke everything in Tawan Court: staff, price, location, cleanliness, facilities... I definitely choose Tawan Court when I go to Chiang Mai next time.

It was in a good area and not too touristy, had everything you needed, free breakfast and water, tv, ensuite shower and toilet.

The room is a bit old. One of the bathrooms quite dark.
The place doesn't feel cozy. The architecture of the building (a huge courtyard) is pretty uncomfortable because you can hear a lot of things from the center of the courtyard as well as from the outside.
