The staff are terrific! Before our trip, we have to email them several times to change our requests. Their responses were always fast and helpful. During our stay, they are always ready to help when needed. The place is at the east gate, where the most restaurants and events happening in the old city of Chiangmai. Very close to walk around.

Well, the house is kinda old. shower is not that hot. And our room is next to the main road, so traffic is a little bit noisy.
you can't leave your baggage there on Sunday but it's ok for me.
bathroom is a little bit dirty.
