The room was clean and spacious, good for value. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I told them that I had to check out 3am to catch my flight, they rang me and went upstairs to help with my luggage 10 mins before my taxi came. Strongly recommended. Found the hotel quite well-decorated and the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Overall the feeling was of a high-class establishment far exceeding what I expected for the price I paid.
所有评语 » The size of the room was quit big and the toilet too. Bed was king size and very comfortable. The hotel is so clean and quit at night( away from the main road). Great place. 5-7 minutes by taxi to the center of the city. Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff. We often travel to Bangkok. Be sure to stay at this hotel again. we stayed before and it was perfect. This time unfurtunattely NOT. The staff was friendly but they shouldn have gave us a smelly room (realy bad smell). Facility nice & clean, room clean & very comfortable. In lobby restaurant available during operatin hours only. Very helpful staff, aesthetics of the rooms were top notch for the money I paid, loved everything about the room. The room was very nice and clean and the bed was excellent and big. The shower area is nice and big. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice shower stall and great towels. Friendly staff, hotel is still new, very clean. hotel decoration the staff is friendly. a bit far from the metro and BTS station, yet it's also very convenient to take a cab. Just a few, small inconveniences: Hot water in the shower was spotty, sometimes on and sometimes not. The location is far from any public transportation (apart from the bus, of which there are many, cheap and frequent options). You will need to take a bus or taxi to anyplace of interest to shoppers or tourists. The subway was a 15 minute walk away. Still, I would gladly stay here again. The location was a bit far from the main attractions. Nothing much within walking destance. However, it's not too far from city by taxi or train. The restaurant was a bit over priced. when we came back (very early booking) we got a room that was smelling like death animal. They no this and still gave us the room.the staff gave us after asking another room (could not lock but was only for 1 night). Even in the night the smell from the other room came in our room. The night after we get a good room again. But because of this i dont like to book again because i don't want to risk to get a smelly room again. Location is not mapped correct. I booked because of specific desired location. Difficult to find hotel. Taxis had a difficult time finding it also. Hotel is nice, rates are very resonable but location is very poor! No convenient shop, restaurants or food stall near by. The location of this hotel is very far from any of the bts or mrt station. If you think you can manage with a taxi, think again, I had a torrid time explaining the location of this hotel even with a map in my hand. Prepare yourself for a walk of a Km and a half. The hot and cold water in the shower which you couldn't get the right temperature which you had to play with the nob to adjust all the time. Communication among staff seemed to be poor. Front desk said restaurant open at 8 am, actually opened at 9 am. A/C thermostat taped (fixed temperature), too cold. Only one very small waste basket. Though only 3 levels,but without lift it is still not convenience for ppl with 1 or more luggage... shower facilities. The location is far from the subway station, the location is not well known by cab drivers due to another place which has same name. The drains outside the hotel were very smelly and it travelled up to the rooms. The lights in the room's need to be increased. The place, although comfortable, looks like it has been designed by professionals, even materials and fixtures are not too shabby - but it seems like the whole interior has been finalized by a team of butchers. Very surprising. Also, for some reason they prefer you to sit in their lobby typing away on your phone in order to book through third party agent rather than offering you the same or even lower price for booking directly with them. Weird attitude. It is definitely a budget place, so don't get too dazzled by the website! Wifi wasn't working in my room, but fine in lobby. Do not try and walk from the train station, it is ages away and difficult to find! On a busy motorway. Even though the staff were friendly, very few spoke any English. Overall, for the price you couldn't ask for better but if staying for a few days I'd say pay a bit extra if you can and go somewhere a bit more central. Huge dodgy massage spa next door as well!. Toilet was sometimes smelling. Also when we open room window to get fresh air, very bad smell from outside main holes was entering our room. Room is smelled awful. I think the reason is carpet. A little bit far from city canter (3-4km) and public transportation. far from the central city. The hotel is connected with erotic massage in the same facility. It may suit a businessman travelling alone rather than couple or family. It is very far from BTS, about 40 min on foot. staff facilities room bathroom.
