  1. Very clean with nice facilities (shower, etc. were pretty new and well-appointed). 2. Staff very friendly- able to set us up with drivers and tours as needed. Very quiet. - We were able to relax amid the tranquil atmosphere of the beautifully landscaped garden and pools. It is only a short walk to the beach and along the way we found the best traditional massage and most delicious Thai menu in all of Bang Tao area. The hospitality of Manee and her friendly staff made our stay most enjoyable. The golden sand beach of Bang Tao offers a nightlife at the many star resorts that are far enough away not to disturb the serenity of Pai Tan Villas.

  I loved the helpful and friendly attitude of the staff. The room was just perfect and the location was ideal, just a few minutes walk from the lovely beach. I enjoyed the lush surroundings and although we didn't use the pool, it was very clean and tempting.   We booked 2 nights, but they offerred us to stay at another villas(kiri, about 7 minutes drive away) which is owned by the same person for the second night with no extra fees. with comparison, kiri is better than layan in terms of funishing and cleaness, but still, layan surprised us and surpassed our expectation.
