Our flights were rescheduled with airasia which meant we needed to stay somewhere neer Krabi airport for one night and we chose this hotel away from the Main Street but knew there was a free shuttle bus every hour (takes 5-10 mins) which allowed us to stay in tranquility with cliff views and head to the main area where we could get the 15 min boat to railay and then enjoy the many bars on the evening. We arrived at 11am and the very helpful receptionist kept our bags and directed up to the pool.
所有评语 » Very nice location, comfortable bungalow, although mine was not one of the best.Relaxing jungle,surrounded by the green cliff,far from the noisy Ao Nang. They provide a shuttle wich takes 4 minutes to get to the beach. Very nice pool area,cheap restaurant, nice breakfast. Staff provide anything you my need.I Made a mistake with my reservation and Bee helped me to solve that! Good wifi connection in the restaurant area (not in the pool, not in the rooms). I checked out late in the afternoon and . I loved the location of this hotel it is absolutely spectacular set right under a sheer cliff face. The grounds are beautiful and really natural. It felt like we were staying in the jungle it was beautiful. The shuttle bus to and from Ao Nang centre was a brilliant addition and really useful. The fan rooms are very basic but for the price its more than we expected. The breakfast was great too lots of choice for everyone. This hotel is so peaceful and beautiful I was sorry to leave it. It was perfect. It was located next to the city center of Ao nang, though it had every hour free transfers to the center. The rooms was in little cabans with toilet inside and a fan. Clean and lovely. The swimming pool it was amazing with the view of the cliff. The restaurant was good rate and value. We had a fabolous stay. The staff was very kind and nice. They book you all you need and help you with your request. If I had to go back in Ao nang, definetly I will stay here. •The layout of the resort was beautiful. It had a nice pool overlooking vertical cliffs. The resort has a lot animals and birds including peacocks which roam about quite freely, creating a jungle like experience. •They offer an hourly shuttle service to Ao Nang beach from 8 AM to 10 PM which was very convenient for the hotel guests. •We chose the standard bungalow. Nice room décor, though no view. The resort is awonderful place in the forest, on the bottom of a mountain cliff. The Nature is in every detail, as you stay in little - or bigger if you want- huts. The pool is lovely. The hourly shuttle bus that brings you to and from ao nang beach is perfect to overcome the distances to the loauder and crowdier strip. It was really an adventure. Perfect resort for such a holiday in Thailand. Resort is located in the "jungle" what makes you feel like in the nature. Very helpfull staff they tried to meet every request we had. Hotel provides many facilities so you can enjoy 5 stars hotels services (even this is only 3 star hotel). Bungalows are simply furnished and stylish. An excellent location close to the cliff. We loved the garden setting, the swimming pool is a absolute blessing,the breakfast buffet spread...wow! The staff were most friendly and went the extra mile everytime to ensure we had a magnificent stay. Atmosphere, staff and overall friendly attitude. Always helpful and very good value. I always stay here at least 4 times per year and have never been disappointed. It is perfect for me - 10/10 as always. We enjoyed the free shuttle service, the surroundings and friendliness of the staff. Its close to town but still private enough for a honeymoon couple. Helpful staff. You can walk into Ao Nang, but the minibus service was a bonus. Peaceful and pleasant bungalows just at the toe of a cliff. Lovely swimming pool, smiling and helpful staff. Easy to get to the beach and the islands around. This is my second time in same hotel so I already like it, staff are very nice and very nice that they have shuttle bus to the beach every hour. Friendly service. Concept. The hotel is in a nice setting right under the cliffs. The rooms are big. Small but wonderful pool. English speaking stuff. Pool area pretty. Fantastic breakfasts, peacocks, local farmers and the shuttle service to the center/beach. Breakfast that was laid out looked nice but covered with flies :-( however the egg station and coffee was a good option. Wifi stop at 9pm, you can use their pc stations, until 10,30 pm, early considering the time zone if you want to speak with the family. The Restaurant closes at 9pm, a bit early. Improve cleaning. The staff could have been more friendly and helpful especially when a customer has a problem. Be careful booking tours with the travel company connected with the hotel as they are flaky and unreliable and don't abide by proper health and safety standards. Nothing. Limited breakfast spread. the smalest hut was a bit too small for us but we changed to a bigger one and that was graet. I personally had a lot of problems with the mosquitos... but well, that`;s me... Better english of some receptionists. Staff average. Food very bad. Do not eat onsite, walk ten minutes up to the main street where you can find delicious (and way cheaper) food. Do not rent a scooter at the desk, you can rent one on the street for half the price. The one snake who's path we crossed one night, but as I said, we crossed his path ;-). Nothing at all. The shower needs some attention. In fact, nothing. My expectations were fully met. Recommended to those who truly love close-to-nature quiet relaxation. The restaurant was correct but a bit disappointing. Same negative point as last year! Staff are very friendly and nice except the shuttle Bus driver. Driver is veryyyyyyyy rude with everyone and he is not happy to drive you to the beach. He said bad words in Thai and always talk to people in a very bad way. I have escalated that to hotel manager. Everyone of the guests was complaining about him. Opening hours for the gym was poor. Not really a place for solo travellers, but Nice anyway. A Little off from mainroad and dark to walk, but it Works and there is free shuttle every hour. the rooms especially the bathrooms could do with a bit of an upgrade...still they are clean. but the long tail boat trip is a definate no no for me. had the scariest experience of my life. if you can swim go for it or if not go for it and pray for no rain. insects are the main problem over there. Little bit far from the Ao nang beach but the hourly shuttle service to the beach makes easy to get there. pool not clean enough. Bedsheets were stained and was only changed on the 3rd day. Cleanliness could have been better. Basic fan rooms could use updating. breakfast time, too difficult to find a table. The hot water was not working. WiFi was erratic. Breakfast was awful given the price range. It is pretty long and steep walk to the city. They had free shuttle in every hour but ended at 10 pm though the shops are open till 11 pm. Extremely poorly trained staff. Owner also owns a big tour company. That is obviously his priority. Bungalows shabby, tiny, and IT was shown to one that had no towels nor sheets yet. Close to neighbors, and no quiet at night, hence. Too large for the staff to manage.
