We liked the waterside location with balcony views of water. The rooms with elegant and nicely scented (lovely touches of towel sculptures - elephants and birds). The beds were firm and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We had a near drama with laundry due to be returned after we'd left, but reception followed up on this, and we got it in time. Good cooked breakfast, specious room, just step out for variety of eateries bars, great beach 20 steps away, large room, could house 3 with roll in bed, balcony for smokers, safe deposit vault, larger freeze, great price (we went off season).
所有评语 » Wifi connected very well. Even when we are at the spa nearby, still can get connected. Very near to the shops and beach. The room is spacious. The bed is spacious but still provide us an extra bed. Price for 1 night only cost for 880baht. Overall is good. Room for twin bed is big however the AC is not powerful enough to cool up the whole room. Breakfast was nice but it would be great if the menu for asian food change a little bit for the follwing day. Location to beach, shops and restaurants were excellent. All within walking distance. very nice pool and luxurious (but old fashioned) rooms in a nice environment. Fast & hassle less check in. Clean large room & environment. Definitelly the position of the Hotel. The location and pool are great!. Location, Staff, Room. liked everything. Near to shops and restaurants and other facilities. Island hopping trips can be easily booked along the street at bargain price. Budget vans or taxi easily available to go to airport. Room is clean, booked a mini suite and it is suitable for couple with 2 kids. Location is great, located at the walking street, with a 7-11 next to it. Breakfast is simple and nice. the localtion was just good, many restaurants and bars and a beach. the staffs are quite friendly and helpfull. The location is good. Nice room and clean. Cleaning in rooms was excellent. Breakfast ok. Near to the beach. Really nothing only its location. nothing. Breakfast supplies weren't always replenished. If you took a late breakfast, there might not be a great deal of choice for fruit, etc. Per hour 300 baht charge for early check in / late check out. Not so clean enough. There a stain at the shower. Hot and cold water in the toilet also difficult to control. Almost get blistered by the hot water. 500baht charge for extra person is expensive for the not so beutiful hotel. We were put in a room behind the kitchen with no views at all. Not sure if that was also why there was a stench. PS: Warning to other travellers if you book this hotel, make sure you ask for rooms upstairs with balcony (as in photos)!. the hotel is a bit old fashioned but as the price is very low this is no problem. cockroach, but you know thats Thailand:). The room is little bit dark, almost no natural light! But for those who like to sleep until noon, than is a good room!. hotel under restoration with no prior notice when booking. work noise 7am to 11pm. Swimming pool tiles broken, very sharp and dangerous. Wifi hardly ever worked. hotel is old. Attitude of some staffs at reception and kitchen can be improved... the beds mattress. facilities is A bit old, pool water not very clean and the tile edge is sharp, my children had A few minor cuts when swimming. Facilities need upgrade !. Frontline staff rude. Dont know how to greet people. Always playing cellphone. Try to overcharge extra bed price for a room. And first time in my life all my guest including me had to give a copy of a passport when we want to check in. It was ratts in the ceiling of the corridor that made noise and spread the scent of urine. Dark rooms. They have not enough parking space as promised in the advertisement. We have to park our car at our own risk. Their staff is unkind. Their dirty rooms, little breakfast.I would not recommend to anyone.too expensive for service.for that price there are better. the hotel looks good online but when u are there it is simply a nightmare!! we wanted to have a room with view - we got one right behind the kitchen with no view at all - u r in your room and can only stare at the walls. cockroaches included. unfriendly staff. hotels needs to be renovated as it is very old and filthy. tv did not work. internet doesn't work either and noone seems to care. we booked 4 nights and left after the first one! no refund at all.
