Very good value for money for Zurich. Excellent location close to Limmatoplatz which is a 5 min tram ride to the train station. Nearby is a new and up and coming area with lively restaurants and bars in Gasometerstrasse and Neugasse. Avoid the rest of the bars. The apartment building is modest but clean and modern. The rooms a bit sparse but again very functional in white and wooden flooring. A kitchenette is provided. Unlike some other reviewers we had no problem with check-in and there's free.
所有评语 » My girlfriend & I stayed at Casa Heinrich during our stay in Zurich for my Birthday. The staff were friendly and polite, the rooms are clean and modern and (for Zurich) it was good value. The hotel is located very close to the main station but next to the west Zurich district, which is the 'trendy' part. It also has very good transport links and super easy access to the main town & old town. Location is perfect and in a very quiet area. Very good location, 1 min walk to the stop with many buses that could take you to any place in Zürich. Very friendly and helpful staff. Complete independence of the return time thanks to a separate entrance to the rooms. Traveling alone I felt very comfortable and secure. I enjoyed the small kitchen. It allowed to drink coffee or tea any time I wanted it. We had the apartment on the top (4th) floor, beware no lift. Large shower/wc room on entrance floor and up another flight of stairs to very large living/kitchen/sleeping area. Up another flight of stairs to roof terrace with stunning views of Zurich. Good location, 2 minute walk to Tram Station and 10 minutes walk to Bahnhof. No breakfast included. The room was large and had excellent air flow b/c of windows on both sides of the room. The small kitchen was very nice, clean, easy to use. Very clean. Close to one of the tram stops, so easy to get to the city center, the old city and the train station. Nice and clear. Good location - just 10 minutes walk from City Center i Main Train Station. Just few minutes walk to 'red light district' - but was quiet. Small kitchen inside room with all necessary equipement!. very very wonderful place I remember. Room color is white, so I felt it's so clean. It has petit kitchen, so I could cook sth by myself. Staffs were very kind, too. I recommend casaheinrich guesthouse strongly. It was a small apartment (very small) with kitchenette. Strong WiFi signal and very good internet. Excelent location due to easy acces to the city center trough the tram station located very close. Also it has a mini kitchen which allow to have the breakfast in the room. The room is really new. It's more like an apartment than double room. Actually, my room is not located the same place where the reception is. Perhaps it's a new building. It is easy to reach by TRAM. There is a mini market nearby and it is really convenient to buy what I need. The hotel is full and one double room was upgraded to a suite. The front desk staffs are very nice. The location is good, about 20 mins walk from the main train station. The Internet speed is really good comparing to other hotels. Few minor niggles which the owners could put right in a half day. The room needed repairs - the shower holder is broken, the tv wall stand is broken, the lamp behind the bed had no bulb and the kitchenette had no kettle for boiling water and only one cup, no cleaning items and overall needed kitting out. The bed was too narrow. The sink in the bathroom was so small, 10-15 cm wide from the wall, so it was impossible to wash the face and teeth without watering the floor all around. Lots of extensions leads around room supplying lamps and TV. Mugs in kitchen were chipped. The woman working the front desk when we checked in was a very cold fish. No breakfast, but kitchen is great if you want to prepare something to eat. despite there was a kitchenette, the frige was broken. Only two sockets in the room, considering one of them is for the TV, it's not enough. Stuff can enter in the room even without knocking the door. Value for money is very low: I had a better experience for a lowest price. We stayed there for two nights and in the second night the tempature in the row was a little bit low than expected. The reception open quite late (around 10 pm). It's quite difficult for me to ask questions about the city. (For traveler like me, leaving the room at that time is quite late). No lift. The wall is not quite sound proofing. No elevator. The front desk is not 24 hours. Room is down the street from the the check in office so contacting staff is a little more troublesome than we thought it should be. No staff available on 9th May due to 'holy day holiday.' Couldnt either speak to any member of staff or hand in room key for reason above. So. Key left in room!!!. One of receptionist is so awful. She ironically talked to us, and never help us anything. Shame windows don't open to let some air in the place, feels a bit closed in despite the ventilation system. 200+ tv channels only 2 in English No plug converter in room Cheap toiletries. Everything was satisfactory during our short stay. no elevator. One should be very attentive to the reception hours. No air conditioning, and it was summer, but i knew it. Small in size. Bedroom creaking floor!. Very light curtains covering the window , found it hard to sleep with all the light coming into the room. Shower head holder was broken , had to hold it. no circulation in the room because window didn't open and no A/C. Found shower floor very slippy, no hand rail and no non slip mat available. Utensils and crockery a bit sparse. No lift could be a problem for elderly. Bed a little uncomfortable, narrow. reception closes at 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, should inform guests about this. The room was for two people, but the kitchen only had one plate, one glass and no corkscrew. Also, business travellers beware as they only have one ironing board for all guests. A little bit far from attractions. no lift. no. The twin room is too small for 2 persons and the room is narrow. The location of the hotel was in a "bad" part of town. We did not feel unsafe or anything but you can tell there were a lot of drugs in the neighborhood. Also, it was very exoensive, however, everything in Zurich is and this is one of the cheaper hotels in the area. Lontanuccio dal centro ma si pu raggiungere con i mezzi. there is no lift and thus lifting the luggage is A big problem. small bathroom, no kettle to heat water (to drink tea/coffee). No curtains, I tend to like my privacy, and prefer to have curtains! The bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom - bedroom too small, and bathroom too big. Didn't have enough room to sit at the table without moving all the furniture around (which is fine if you don't need the table). Reception hours are useless. I arrived at 6pm there was nobody there to check in, I had to make an expensive phone call to gain access. Again at check out 915am nobody there so I don't know how I am meant to pay for my stay, I emailed them my credit card but who knows if they will charge it??. no lift. floor in the room was not properly cleaned.
