Поверьт - The welcoming was absolutely grateful! They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).   We brought our 10 month old twins, so travelling is always an ordeal. The staff was wonderful, and the room was traditional Swiss (which I loved!). Even though the hotel policies stated that there was a maximum of one babycot per room, there were two lovely wooden cribs set up for us when we arrived.   The hotel is really nice. Everything was perfect.   We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast.
