  Fabulous stay. Wonderful service, clean and stylish facilities, state of the art spa with sauna, steam, pool, jacuzzi, and ice room. Staying here is like being a in a wonderful fantasy. I was treated like a king the entire stay and felt sad to leave. Everything was better than my highest expectations. Fresh fruit renewed daily, greeted by name eve... 别人怎么说 » ry time I entered the lobby, and large selection buffet breakfast. - The Hotel represents a well preserved historical marvel of Zermatt. We really enjoyed out stay there, including the setup of the room the spa facilities and a delicious breakfast. We would like to specially mention all reception staff and in particular Annie, who was extremely cheerful and helpful.
