  Everything! This is one of the best places my husband and I have ever stayed (and we've traveled extensively)!! From the moment of pick up at the train station, the staff, the hotel atmosphere and accommodations, the spa/pool area, location to main attractions and the restaurant were outstanding.   The wonderful warm welcome by the owners and they made our stay truly special . They even made a special Black Forest Gateau for my birthday evening ,which was made a magical occasion by the excellent meal presented beautifully by the staff. - Very friendly and welcome stuff. As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn! Lorraine and Eric - Toronto, Onta - We were upgraded on arrival to have a beautiful suite and a fruit basket. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.   I've been to quite a few hotels around the world and found Hotel Schweizerhof to be exceptional above the rest. I have never ever been treated so friendly at a hotel and felt like they actually meant it. The food was also excellent. So Excellent service, delicious food, and very friendly cosy atmosphere.
