The staff were great - but in particular Veronica was extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable and the bathrooms enormous and very modern. The fixtures and fitting are clean and modern and wifi is available free of charge. The hotel is very centrally located, just a couple of minutes walk from the station - literally, and very well positioned for getting around. Nb: The hotel entrance is set back from the pathway a little, so you have to keep an eye on the build.
所有评语 » Excellent customer service from Veronica. 1) Knew our names even before we could speak at the reception 2) Took us to our room 3) Explained all facilities and amenities in the room & hotel 4) Patiently answered our queries about Zermatt and most importantly made us feel very comfortable and happy. The other staff member on the next day morning too was warm and friendly. The rooms are large, aesthetically and functionally designed, very high quality and finish. The location is excellent and . The hotel care for customer needs details like providing extra blankets, room slippers, hair dryer. Location is very near to the main train station and shops. Strongly recommended for first timer to zermatt. Room, cupboard and bathroom are very spacious. Would suggest to provide toothpaste and toothbrush. Very clean room and bathroom. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included and the spread is good. Overall, it's value for money and it's like a 5 star hotel services. Lovely lovely hotel. Superior room was enormous with lovely facilities. Nice balcony onto the main street and views out to the Matterhorn (I believe but there was plenty of cloud in the way)! Just a lovely place to stop. It was an expensive stay but in comparison to the other hotel charges in Zermatt the price was definitely comparable and in this case well worth it! To go up and down the steps from the hotel entrance to the hotel reception with luggages during arrival and departure. Room was a little chilly when the heating went off!. There was absolutely nothing to dislike. nil. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. did not stay long enough. Nothing. Nothing. Everything was perfect. Nothing at all!!!. Street noise (only Saturday, one day out of seven, not bad). WIFI was too slow at night but there was a LAN wall socket available with regularly high speed. I used a device to transmit WIFI from the wall LAN socket myself to solve the slow WIFI trouble at night. Room was without refrigerator. There was nothing we didn't like. close to main road, quite noisy room is quite hot balcony is shared with another room. only complaint I have is the rooms were a bit too warm. Nothing at all. Nothing at all. Not much choice of breakfast. Ad, stated mountain views that was a bit of stretch, maybe some rooms. No toaster in the breakfast room..but everything else was good. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Not a thing. Everything's perfect. Single rooms with balcony are very small without much view. If geting a single, better to go without balcony and take a little extra room. nothing.
