Located in Trient, at the road connecting Martigny and Chamonix, the traditional Swiss Auberge du Mont Blanc features a restaurant, a gift shop, free WiFi, dormitory and double rooms. Guests benefit from the supermarket, the bar, the terrace and children's playground on site. The restaurant of the Auberge du Mont Blanc serves traditional Swiss cuisine like fondue and also offers special diet menus on request. In summer, guests can discover the hiking trails of the region and explore the spectacular Trient Glacier. In Winter, the Vallorcine Ski Area is 10 km away and the Chamonix Ski Area is 25 km away. A shuttle service can be booked for a surcharge and the Trient Bus Stop is 100 metres from the house.

excelent.
The rooms are basic but serviceable. Clean. Hot showers, which were a welcome relief after a day on the trails. No ensuites available here. All rooms share a bathroom with others, but it was not overly crowded. Good dinner.
This is perhaps the only place to stay in Trient... No other choice I found at the time of booking. At least one good thing is they had working Wi-Fi in the lobby. Also, they seemed to have fixed their hot water problem - I didn't need to shower in cold water.

Food was good.
Not much.
np complains.
Surly service upon check in didn't give a great first impression. The lack of competition here means that they can charge what they want, and get away with it.
Can't lock rooms (no keys given). Crowded and room was too small. Facility is barely adequate for the amount of people staying. Price is high for what's offered (half board at 100 Euros?).
Proprietor was grumpy. Not helpful.
Dirty, unfriendly service.
- Staff doesn't speak english; - No keys; - Only one shower for whole floor; - Toilet only at 1st flor - It's hostel, not hotel.
