  When I'm visiting st Gallen I always try to stay in Einstein. It's definitely the best hotel in town in terms of location, quality and services. A bit more pricey, but it is worth it. Free spa and gym, free high speed wifi - Upgrade to junior suite, although hotel was under renovation for regular rooms. Breakfast was superb!

Love the concept of having a small hotel within a senior's home - good for guests as well as residents.
