  Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points.   It's very conveniently located for the Sunnegga/Rothorn funicular and Gornergrat train. The staff were very kind and helpful to my elderly parents.   A very warm welcome by staff!! All the staff were very friendly and they spoke English (enough to understand essential things). Some of them also spoke a bit of Italian. Even gave me ice for the cooler -- hard even to find ice in Switzerland.
