  We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs.   just about everything - good and quiet location with an easy and short bus ride to center town; excellent restaurant (ate there both nights) with wonderfull waiter - Rooms, staff and location were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at Innere Enge and would highly recommend this hotel.
