  環境清幽 - The staff were highly professional and pleasant; and the hotel spa was wonderful - which counted for a lot, as it rained the whole time I was in Lugano! - The hotel is easily acccessible and very comfortable with a pleasant atmosphere. The views are stunning. The staff were all efficient and friendly.
