  Jim was so great! He's such a nice person! He gave us some nice tips to hike in the Valle Maggia. Also he borrowed us some bikes to go to Ascona. The pool and the garden are so great! The rooms are very comfortable and the loft is an experience! He also served a nice breakfast.   The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to anticipate needs. The owner got the buffet breakfast prepared early on the day of our departure as we had to leave early.
